Working Solutions – a company specialized in work-at-home contact center services – is seeking remote, independent contractors. In this specific role you will assist seniors and their families to find senior living care. You provide compassionate customer care support by handling and placing inbound and outbound calls. An important part of your role is contacting family members who have made online inquiries regarding placement services, and match them with a senior living advisor or the appropriate online tools. Independent contractor earnings can vary from from anywhere between $9 to $30 USD per hour, depending on the program, performance and working time. Payment methods are either direct deposit or a check per mail. Checks are issued twice a month for completed and invoiced work.
